Led Zeppelin – Trampled under foot [HQ]

LYRICS:

Greased and slicked down fine, groovy leather trim
I like the way you hold the road, mama, it ain’t no sin

Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout

Ooh, trouble-free transmission, helps your oils flow
Mama, let me pump your gas, mama, let me do it all

Talkin’ ’bout love, huh
Talkin’ ’bout love, ooh
Talkin’ ’bout

Dig that heavy metal underneath your hood
Baby, I can work all night, believe I got the perfect tools

Talkin’ ’bout lo-oo-ove
Talkin’ ’bout lo-oo-ove
Talkin’ ’bout

Model built for comfort, really built with style
Specialist tradition, mama lemme feast my eyes

Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout

Factory air-conditioned, heat begins to rise
Guaranteed to run for hours, mama it’s a perfect size

Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout

Groovin’ on the freeway, gauge is on the red
gun down on my gasoline, believe I’m gonna crack a head

Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout

I can’t stop talkin’ about
I can’t stop talkin’ about

Ooh, yeah-ee-yeah, yes, ah, drive on

Ooh, yeah-ee-yeah-ee-yes, I’m comin’ through

Come to me for service every hundred miles
Baby, let me check your points, fix your overdrive

Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout

Ooh, yes, fully automatic, comes in any size
Makes me wonder what I did before we got synchronized

Talkin’ ’bout lo-ooo-ove
Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout

Ooh, feather-light suspension, Konis couldn’t hold
I’m so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors

Talkin’ ’bout love
Talkin’ ’bout lo-oo-oh-ove
Talkin’ ’bout

Ah yeah, ah yeah

Oh, I can’t stop talkin’ about love
I can’t stop talkin’ about I can’t stop talkin’ about
I can’t stop talkin’ about lo-oh’, baby
I can’t stop talkin’ about love,
I can’t stop talkin’ about love, my baby, uh, my baby, my baby, yeah Led Zeppelin – Trampled under foot [HQ]

  1. たしかにバッドコミュニケーションだ!!でも、オレはB'zの方が好きだな。
    消化して昇華させた良い例だ。さすが松ちゃん。
    だから、パクリではなくインスパイアだ。

  2. I'm trying to find the video of the remix (?) of this using  dancers who look like they are from the 1920's  I'm as old as Plant so I can't remember how to find it.  Any suggestions?

Oh, I can't stop talkin' about love.

  4. rock, rock n roll, blues, etc. its all screwed now… like these bands from 70" 60" 80" they were beyond amazing! and now its just … its all screwed ! i mean nothing is as good as led zep were or acdc, even pop music now is all fucked up… my point here is that music is getting worse …..( sory for the english)

  5. That's the beauty of lyrics and the double-entendre, it's what you perceive them to mean. To me, the song is about a car. The line: "Ooh, feather-light suspension, Konis couldn't hold", KONI is a manufacturer of shock absorbers used in many motor sport and racing applications.

And this, from the man himself – At Earls Court in 1975, Robert Plant introduced the song like this: "If you like the motor cars and the parts of the human body, then sometimes… you can get trrrrrampled under foot!"

So nobody's truly wrong on how they interpret this song.

  6. I listened to "Long Train Running," and tried to hear similarities in it compared to "Trampled Underfoot."  Quite simply, I don't think Led Zeppelin plagiarized anything.  "Trampled Underfoot" makes me want to sing, dance, party and FAN.  The Doobie's tune is nice, but doesn't evoke the same response in me, and I can't hear the similarities to Zep.

  7. The guitar speaks and Bonham is trying to put holes in his kit.  I'll never tire of this song.  The three were unbelievable with their rhythm.

  8. "Be the change you want to see in the world…" Cue Bad Ass Intro Music: Trampled Under Foot! I probably should be sleeping right now… And probably shouldn't be drinking Rolling Rock and painting. But what can I say, Im Alive! 🙂

  9. I cannot believe some of the words these people are saying in the comment section. Led Zeppelin ISN'T metal, their genre is mainly Blues and Rock, nothing else. Robert Plant (lead singer) always had jam sessions with BB King and BB's genre is the Blues. Robert Plant was known for singing the Blues at his gigs before Led Zeppelin became famous. Some people just really don't know the genres and history behind their music..
