Reply Iron butterfly did use the talkbox before Jeff guys. Butterfly blue! Reply Jeff with guitar pick! Reply You can't beat Jeff Beck in the mid-seventies. Definitely his peak! Reply don't we miss the ox blood.?! Reply That transition from 1:07 – 1:09 Wow!! Reply That’s a nice guitar Reply blow by blow 2 there& back Jeff's playing kept getting better Reply Que merda! Reply JEFF BECKLAND Reply Every one has their opinion on who's better, Jimi or beck?I prefer Jimi but I Know Jimi loved Jeff style.billy Gibbons and Hendrix stayed up in a hotel with their guitar and played Beck tunes till morning.i love them all 😯 Reply I have always been a Fender man but this makes me want a Les Paul…. Reply 1:09 to 2:35 is a phrasing gold mine Reply Papa papa papa pam Reply That lick starting around 00:50 is one of my favourite pieces of guitar work ever, masterful Reply The Master of Sounds! ❤❤❤👍🎸 Reply Let’s face it, he’s a beast on any guitar! I sure like how he works the LP. It sounds totally different in his hands than anybody else. I just saw him about a year ago. He still has it. That’s the thing missing from all the hot shot YouTube guitar/instructors. They all know the correct theory and all the correct ways to deal scales and such, but non of them and I mean none of them have a style. When all of great guitar artists go, we will be left with perfectly stale bread. Reply When he plays gibsons with a pick is something else Reply fukin amazing Reply Why is this exhibition of Beck's impeccable style presented without mentioning even the year when this was performed? Reply This literally ooooooozes sex appeal Reply He sounds must better on the Les Paul, than the crappy fenders, then again everybody Reply IDK if its true, but IIRC Joe Walsh credits himself and bandmates (probably from the James Gang) as inventing the squawk box.
